I get asked to make a lot of praying hands tattoo. i think that's more to do with the location of the shop than anything and more often than not the customer has a very defined idea of what they want the tattoo to look like... and defined i mean that want a reproduction of a tattoo they found on google. so when i can sway someone into something a little different, be it in the imagery or the composition it feel like a small victory... that the long wordy way of saying this guy let me change the cross that was in his reference to one that was a little more fun.
